The resources section of this site will give you everything you need to perform all the exercises described in the daily WODs (Workouts of the Day). Pictures, videos and descriptions of each exercise to allow you to train safely and efficiently.
In addition we will add nutritional advice, fitness articles, recipes, equipment reviews and guides and even sports coaching videos for some specific sports.
